Service exceptions:  Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are considered non/working days.

Time schedule: shipping by air or by sea bound for Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Azores and Madeira may suffer time variations external to our company, as well as custom management in Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar.


The client can return the product bought on in the next 7 days from the date of reception. Packages that have been opened and those who don’t have its original packaging won’t be accepted, unless it’s a defected product, as well as products bought on sale and/or with discount.

If you’ve decided to return any product, you cannot use it and you must handle with care. The product you return cannot be damaged and must be in the same condition as received.

In order to return a product to the Green Drop, please follow the instructions:

Place the product in a packaging protected properly; place the label indicating return reason and delivery address: Calle Galileu 223-227, ático 4, 08028, Barcelona. Take the package to a Postal Office or ask for NACEX to pick it up, do not forget to ask for the proof of delivery. Office will seal your proof; you must keep it until operation is completed. In case your shipping gets lost, we can only proceed to refund you if you show us the proof of delivery.

It is your responsibility keep all the proofs and send the product with certified mail o any other proof that shows shipping date.

Once we receive the return, we’ll email you to confirm the reception of the product and we’ll inform you whether your return is accepted or not. If your return is accepted, you’ll get refund in 14 days from the date of reception of the product. The Green Drop will refund the client on the same payment method that client used when the order was placed. We’ll refund the cost of the return product but NOT the shipping cost NEITHER the cost incurred to deliver the return product, which means we refund product cost but not transportation.

Defective product return

If the client returns a defective product, we will revise it and email the client in a short period of time about the refunding we’ll pay. We’ll process the payment as quick as possible, in any case, in the 7 days following our email where we confirm the refunding. Defective products that are being returned will be totally refunded, including shipping costs and the cost incurred for sending the product back.
